50 g of dried blackberry leaves
50 g dried nettle leaves
1-liter homemade red wine.
Put the dried blackberry and nettle leaves in the red wine. Allow them to stand for 24 hours.
Then put the pot with the wine and the leaves on fire. Boil the drink for about 5 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and allow the pot to cool. Sweeten it with forest honey if desired. Put it in a bottle with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
Drink 1 cup daily from this drink.
Note: Since the drink contains alcohol, it is not recommended for pregnant women and children. Be careful to not exceed the recommended dose.
